Home / Services / Exterior Framing
We frame exterior walls in light-gauge metal studs and wood—built to the structural drawings, tied in at openings and parapets, and ready for sheathing so the building can get dried in.
Scope
Exterior framing is about the envelope: straight planes, accurate openings and clean transitions for sheathing, air barrier and cladding. We sequence our framing and sheathing crews together to help the GC get the building dried in sooner.
Infill and exterior stud walls for commercial buildings, per engineered drawings.
Exterior walls for residential projects and additions.
Framing at rooflines, parapets and balcony guards.
Rough openings, headers and jambs to the window schedule.
Framing sequenced with glass-mat or plywood sheathing so the envelope closes fast.
