Do you take large projects?

Yes. We staff and phase our crews to meet schedule milestones on larger projects.

How do you quote a project?

Send us plans or schedule a walkthrough. We'll confirm the scope, then send a written quote with a clear schedule.

How do you handle dust and cleanup?

We protect work areas, clean up at the end of every day and do a final clean at closeout.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Our team communicates in English and Spanish with owners, GCs and inspectors. Se habla español.

What drywall finish level do you provide?

We finish to the level in your specs—typically Level 4, and Level 5 for gloss paint or critical lighting.

Technical

Materials & finishes

What is a Level 5 drywall finish?

Level 5 is the highest drywall finish. After a Level 4 finish, a thin skim coat is applied over the entire surface to even out texture and porosity. It's recommended for gloss paints and areas with strong side lighting.

Do I need Level 4 or Level 5?

Most painted walls with flat or eggshell paint are fine at Level 4. Choose Level 5 for glossy paint, long hallways, large open walls, or where windows and wall-wash lights rake across the surface.

What's the difference between a drop ceiling and an acoustical ceiling?

They're often the same thing. A drop (suspended) ceiling is a metal grid hung below the structure; when it's filled with sound-absorbing tile it's called an acoustical ceiling.

What is FRP?

FRP stands for fiberglass reinforced plastic (or panel). It's a thin, rigid panel used on walls and ceilings where a durable, washable and moisture-resistant surface is needed, such as commercial kitchens and restrooms.

What is glass-mat sheathing?

It's a gypsum panel faced with fiberglass mats instead of paper. Brands like GP DensGlass resist moisture and mold, which makes them a common exterior sheathing for commercial buildings.

Do you repair water-damaged drywall?

Yes—once the source of the leak is fixed. We remove the wet or stained material, check the framing, and replace and finish the section.
