These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gojconstruction.com (the “Site”) operated by GOJ Construction LLC (“GOJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Note: These Terms apply to the website only. Any construction work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and GOJ.

1) Who we are

GOJ Construction LLC provides construction services in and around Reading, Pennsylvania. The Site offers general information about our services and a way to contact us: info@gojconstruction.com.

2) Eligibility; Location

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site. You are responsible for complying with all local laws. The Site is controlled from the United States.

3) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. By continuing to use the Site after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

4) Website content is informational (no bids or guarantees)

Content on the Site—including service descriptions, photos, case examples, timelines, and pricing references—is illustrative only. It does not constitute a bid, offer, warranty, or guarantee. Any engagement with GOJ requires a separate written proposal/contract setting scope, schedule, and price.

5) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

6) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, photos, graphics, logos, icons, and layout—is owned by or licensed to GOJ and protected by law. Except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• Limited license: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Trademarks: GOJ names and logos are trademarks of GOJ. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

7) User conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operation;
• crawl, scrape, or harvest data without permission;
• upload or transmit malware or harmful code;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or block access for any breach of these Terms.

8) User content; permissions

If you submit content to us (e.g., messages, files, testimonials), you represent you have the right to do so and that it’s accurate and lawful. By sending testimonials or public reviews to be displayed on the Site, you grant GOJ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce that content for marketing on the Site and GOJ social channels, unless you revoke consent in writing.

9) Third-party links & tools

The Site may link to third-party sites or tools (e.g., Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram). We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

10) No warranties; site “as is”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOJ and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.)

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GOJ and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or connected to your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13) Communications

By contacting us via the Site or email, you consent to receive responses from us at the contact details you provide. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying or contacting info@gojconstruction.com.

15) Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania for any dispute related to the Site or these Terms.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will continue after termination.

17) Severability; entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GOJ regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings related to the Site.
